excellent access to parks and shopping right outside your door

My experience was made even better by being just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Seongnam Jungang Park and a short stroll to the lively Bundang AK Plaza. The comfortable and clean room provided a perfect base for my explorations, but I did notice that during busy weekends, some areas like the breakfast area got a bit crowded.

Unexpected splendor in the city

The hotel boasts a fantastic location just steps from the metro. Their gym and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

Overcrowding during weekends was a downside, as I found myself battling for space at the pool and breakfast area. Room rates seemed inconsistent.

The reception staff were very helpful in directing me to nearby restaurants.

The air conditioning in my room took nearly 12 hours to cool down even 1 degree, making it uncomfortable during the hot days.

Awesome location just 2 min from Pangyo Metro. The room had a tv, coffee machine, and super comfy bed. Gym and pool were great. They offered a nice sauna too. Staff spoke good English and were super helpful. Good wifi made work easy. Nice breakfast with fresh options, too.

The location, the coffee shop in the lobby

Was a convenient spot to grab drinks. The noise from nearby traffic could be disruptive at night, affecting sleep quality. Despite this, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, especially when they arranged a taxi for me.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

I spent 19 nights in a spacious family room. The attentive staff promptly addressed my needs, and the lobby café was ideal for morning coffee. Beware of busy weekends as family groups can crowd the facilities. A solid option for a family getaway.

I stayed at the autograph collection for 4 nights and really enjoyed the city view from my business beautiful guest room. The lobby coffee shop was a great spot to grab a quick drink. They even had a handy link to scan for nearby restaurants and sightseeing options. The taxi service they arranged was super convenient, and the driver was very friendly.

the toilet's handle was broken (not cool! ). but the location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro. the gym and pool facilities were amazing. breakfast was delicious with multiple options!

I enjoyed my stay, especially the great location close to transit and shopping. The fitness facilities were great. A first aid kit on-site would have been helpful. A pleasant experience worth considering again.

First aid kits on each floor would be essential!!! The room pricing inconsistency among guests was baffling and left a sour taste.

The lack of a shuttle service was inconvenient, and ordering a taxi reminded me of an extra hassle, despite the friendly driver. While I didn't try the breakfast, the dining options could benefit from more variety.
